We recently completed a 3 year long renovation of my father-in-law's home in anticipation of selling it, and Trust Us Elite was by far the best contractor we dealt with during the entire challenging process. They stepped in to help us with unexpected mold mitigation at the end of the renovations. We were managing the repairs long-distance which was difficult, but Trust Us Elite, in particular, Curtis, was so understanding of our situation and made sure to stay in constant contact with us, updating on the progress and sending pictures. The work was done in a professional and timely manner; they even worked on a holiday to help us meet a deadline and left the work area in great condition (including cleaning up after another contractor). Trust Us Elite Restoration & Remodeling performed quick and quality work once we found mold in our basement. Curtis was very helpful, responsive and explanatory during the entire process. I called on a Sunday once I found the mold, and he sent a crew to inspect our issue the following day. It took only two weeks to remediate the mold, mitigate water damage, replace the sheetrock and paint the walls. He also threw in new LVP flooring at a steep discount, so our basement looks better than it did before the entire ordeal. Curtis and his team were so polite! They were thorough in the demolition but careful to do each step of our floor renovation well. They were able to fix our water damage, create a continuous LVP throughout our home and the end result is stunning! We had water damage from a leaking toilet 2 months ago. Curtis had a team out within a few hours. Excellent communication and response time. Curtis kept us updated the whole time, even if it was just to let me us know that they were still waiting on the next step. Curtis reached out to All State for us multiple times, even when we had a difficult time getting in touch with our adjustor. Curtis gave great recommendations on the carpet and flooring. All minor miscommunications and issues were addressed immediately. I appreciate that Curtis called to check in every few days and kept us in the loop. After all the restoration was done, their cleaning crew came in to take care of all the dust and drywall debris. I am very thankful for all the work they have done to get us back in to our house!
